Cancellation Policy

1. Memberships Covered

This Cancellation Policy applies to the following Art of Discipline™ memberships:

• Body Transformation Club
• Leadership Transformation Club
• Relationship Mastery Club
• Conscious Parenting Club
• 21-Day Discipline Boot Camp
• Champions Diamond Circle Membership

The first five programmes operate on monthly subscription plans.

Champions Diamond Circle is an annual membership. Its renewal and cancellation arrangements depend on the payment terms agreed upon during enrolment.

2. Cancel Anytime

You may request cancellation of your membership subscription at any time.

There is no minimum monthly subscription commitment unless expressly stated and agreed upon during enrolment.

Once cancellation is successfully processed, future recurring payments will stop.

Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already collected.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your recurring subscription through either of the following methods.

4. When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

Cancellation of future recurring payments takes effect once the subscription or payment mandate has been successfully cancelled.

To avoid an upcoming renewal, we recommend completing your cancellation at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date, allowing time for payment-provider processing.

Cancellation requests submitted closer to the renewal date will still be accepted, but a payment already initiated or processed may not be preventable.

Any resulting refund eligibility will be determined under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Membership Access After Cancellation

When you cancel a monthly subscription:

• You retain access to the benefits of your membership until the end of your current paid billing period.
• You may continue attending eligible sessions and participating in programme activities during that period.
• Your membership access and associated benefits will end when the paid period expires.
• No further recurring membership charges will be collected once cancellation is successfully completed.

Cancelling a subscription does not provide lifetime access to membership materials, recordings or communities.

6. Personal Audit & Membership Roadmap

For the four transformation clubs, the one-time Personal Audit fee is charged separately from the monthly membership subscription.

Cancelling your membership does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the Personal Audit fee.

Refund eligibility for your initial membership payment and Personal Audit fee is governed by our 30-day Refund Policy.

Upon expiry of your membership, access to member-only resources, personalised exercise guidance and ongoing team support will end.

7. 21-Day Discipline Boot Camp

The standalone 21-Day Discipline Boot Camp operates as a monthly subscription.

You may cancel future renewals at any time.

If you cancel during an active boot camp cohort, you may continue participating until your paid membership expires, subject to the programme's participation rules.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the current month's payment.

Any applicable refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy.

8. Champions Diamond Circle Membership

Champions Diamond Circle is an annual membership.

If purchased as a one-time annual payment, the membership ordinarily ends at the completion of its 12-month term unless renewed.

If purchased through an automatically renewing annual subscription, you may cancel the renewal according to the payment terms accepted during enrolment.

Cancellation of an annual renewal does not automatically terminate access to benefits already paid for.

30-Day Refund Policy

Members may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase, subject to a 10% deduction from the membership amount paid.

For example, on a ₹99,999 annual membership:

• Amount paid: ₹99,999
• Deduction (10%): ₹9,999.90
• Refund amount: ₹89,999.10

Refund requests after the initial 30-day period are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Skills Beyond Education.

9. Rejoining After Cancellation

You are welcome to rejoin an Art of Discipline™ membership after cancellation.

Rejoining will be subject to the pricing, programme structure, availability and terms applicable at the time of your new enrolment.

Previous membership pricing, benefits or offers may not remain available.

A new Personal Audit may be recommended or required depending on your membership history, goals and the time elapsed since your previous participation. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment.

10. Failed Payments & Inactive Subscriptions

If a recurring payment fails, our payment provider or team may notify you and request that your payment details or mandate be updated.

Membership access may be temporarily suspended if payment remains outstanding.

Repeated payment failures may result in the subscription being discontinued.

Any subsequent reactivation will be subject to the applicable membership terms.
