Skills Beyond Education offers the following memberships:

Each membership has its own pricing, benefits, duration and level of support, as described on its respective landing page and checkout page.
Membership benefits are available according to the plan purchased and remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.
02Membership Access & Eligibility
Memberships are intended primarily for adults aged 18 years and above.
Parents or guardians enrolling in Conscious Parenting Club remain responsible for their children's participation in any suggested family exercises.
Members must provide accurate registration and contact information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Membership access is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, resold or assigned to another individual without written approval from Skills Beyond Education.
03Membership Fees & Payments
Membership fees are displayed on the respective programme and checkout pages.
Monthly memberships operate on a recurring subscription basis, while Champions Diamond Circle is offered as an annual membership.
The four transformation clubs also require a one-time Personal Audit fee at initial enrolment, as displayed during checkout.
By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorise the applicable payment provider to collect the agreed subscription charges according to the payment mandate and billing terms accepted at checkout.
Applicable taxes, payment schedules and renewal conditions will be communicated during checkout.
Failed or overdue payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits until payment is successfully completed.
04Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected during enrolment, unless cancelled.
Members may request cancellation by contacting our support team or by cancelling the applicable recurring payment mandate through their bank, UPI application or payment provider, where supported.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals once successfully processed. It does not automatically refund payments already collected.
Access to membership benefits ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise specified in the applicable plan terms.
Members are responsible for ensuring their cancellation has been successfully processed before the next scheduled payment.

05Personal Audit & Individual Roadmap
The four transformation clubs include a mandatory Personal Audit process at enrolment.
This involves an initial assessment form, a conversation with our team and a review of the member's goals, challenges and circumstances.
Based on this assessment, Captain Preetham Madhukar guides the team in selecting and sequencing practical WILL™ exercises for the member's roadmap.
The roadmap is intended as a flexible guide and may be adjusted based on progress, participation and changing circumstances.
Personal Audit conversations and monthly team check-ins are conducted by authorised team members unless the purchased membership expressly includes direct access to Captain.
Additional Personal Audits may be available at a separate fee.
06Boot Camp Participation & Accountability
The 21-Day Discipline Boot Camp operates through scheduled monthly cohorts.
Members participating in the boot camp are expected to follow the instructions, complete their assigned daily commitments and submit the required accountability updates.
Regular participation is an essential part of the programme.
Members who repeatedly fail to submit required daily updates, or who do not follow the participation rules, may be removed from the current boot camp cohort.
Eligible members may request re-entry into a subsequent cohort, subject to the applicable programme rules.
Removal from a boot camp cohort does not automatically cancel an active paid membership or recurring subscription.
07Masterclasses, Recordings & Support
Live masterclasses, group sessions, boot camps, team check-ins and other benefits are provided according to the membership purchased.
Session schedules, topics and facilitators may occasionally change due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Where recordings are included, they remain available during the active membership period, subject to the programme's access arrangements.
Team WhatsApp support is generally available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding holidays.
Response times may vary depending on the nature of the enquiry and team availability.
Direct personal mentoring with Captain is included only where expressly stated in the purchased membership.
08WhatsApp Groups & Communication
Membership participation may involve WhatsApp groups, individual WhatsApp messages, automated reminders and communication through authorised service providers.
By enrolling, members acknowledge that programme-related messages may be sent to their registered contact details.
Members are expected to communicate respectfully, maintain the confidentiality of other participants and avoid sharing private group discussions, contact details or personal information without permission.
Spam, harassment, abusive behaviour, unauthorised promotions and inappropriate content are prohibited.
Skills Beyond Education reserves the right to moderate groups or remove participants who violate these standards.
Membership communications and personal information are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
09Personal Responsibility & Results
Art of Discipline™ memberships provide educational guidance, practical exercises, behavioural development tools and accountability support.
Individual outcomes depend on several factors, including personal circumstances, consistent participation and the actions taken by each member.
We do not guarantee specific results relating to weight, health, income, professional advancement, relationships, parenting or other personal goals.
Body Transformation Club does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Members should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making significant changes affecting their health.
Our programmes are educational and developmental in nature and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal or financial professional services.
10Intellectual Property
All programme materials, including the WILL™ Methodology, exercises, worksheets, PDFs, videos, recordings, frameworks, presentations and other educational resources, remain the intellectual property of Skills Beyond Education or their respective rights holders.
Materials are provided for the member's personal use only.
Recording, reproducing, distributing, reselling, publishing or commercially using programme content without prior written permission is prohibited.
11Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee
The four transformation clubs include a 30-day money-back guarantee covering the initial membership payment and one-time Personal Audit fee, subject to the conditions stated in our published Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility for other offerings, including Champions Diamond Circle and the standalone Discipline Boot Camp, is governed by their respective published terms.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically constitute a refund request.
All refund requests must follow the procedure and eligibility conditions described in our Refund Policy.
12Suspension or Termination
Skills Beyond Education may suspend or terminate membership access where a member:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Shares or misuses programme materials.
- Engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct.
- Repeatedly disrupts sessions or communities.
- Fails to meet applicable payment obligations.
Where reasonably appropriate, members may receive notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Any refund or remaining access rights will be determined according to applicable law and the published policies.
13Third-Party Platforms
Membership services may be delivered using third-party platforms, including payment gateways, online learning systems, Zoom, WhatsApp and authorised communication or automation providers.
Availability of these services may depend on the respective providers.
Skills Beyond Education is not responsible for interruptions beyond its reasonable control but will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide alternative access where practical.
14Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skills Beyond Education shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from participation in its programmes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15Changes to Memberships & Terms
Skills Beyond Education may update programme content, session schedules, operational procedures or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Material changes affecting existing members' paid benefits, pricing or renewal conditions will be communicated where required, and any necessary consent will be obtained.
The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website.
16Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal rights, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
